Arrow Escape
Privacy Policy
Effective and last updated: September 26, 2026
Arrow Escape stores progress locally, uses Google AdMob for ads, offers optional Google Play Games features, and offers optional Firebase Analytics to help improve gameplay.
Information we collect
Google AdMob may process device identifiers, approximate location derived from IP address, app interactions and diagnostic information to deliver ads and prevent fraud. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
In versions with Firebase Analytics, analytics is disabled until you choose Allow. It measures device/app usage and gameplay events such as levels started, completed or failed, hints and rewarded continues. Firebase can process app-instance identifiers, device information and approximate location. Our custom gameplay events do not include your name, email or Google Play Games identity. Change your choice at Appearance → Analytics; declining disables future analytics collection and resets the local analytics identity. This does not delete data already processed by Google.
Optional Google Play Games sign-in sends level completion scores and achievement progress to Google for leaderboards and achievements. The puzzle can be played without this sign-in.
Information stored on your device
The app stores only gameplay preferences and progress locally, such as:
- your current level and completed progress;
- your light or dark appearance choice; and
- other settings needed for the game to function.
You can remove local progress by clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling it. Level events may be sent to Firebase with your analytics permission; completion scores may be sent to Play Games when authenticated. Depending on Android backup settings, the operating system may back up app settings to your device account.
Permissions
The app uses internet access for ads, optional analytics and Play Games. It does not request precise location, camera, microphone or contacts access. Android Advertising ID access is disabled in the app manifest.
Sharing and selling data
We do not sell user data. Data described above is processed by Google services for ads, optional analytics and Play Games. Service providers’ own privacy policies also apply.
Children’s privacy
Please contact us if you believe a child’s personal information has been provided through the app so we can review the concern and available deletion options.
Security and retention
Local progress remains until you clear app data or uninstall. Google services transmit data using encrypted connections and retain data under their policies and applicable project settings. Analytics detailed-data retention is configurable; aggregated reports may be kept longer. Contact the developer through the Play listing with privacy or deletion requests; we do not link analytics identifiers to your name or email.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the app changes or legal requirements evolve. The latest version will always be published on this page with a revised “last updated” date.
